Job Purpose:

  • The Project Manager & Pre-Sales – CCTV & Security Systems is responsible for driving business growth within the CCTV and security systems sector. This role involves identifying and developing strategic industry segments, managing large-scale project opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners. The Project Manager leads all phases of project execution—from bidding and contract negotiations to successful delivery—while ensuring high-quality service, timely completion, and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the role ensures effective collaboration with pre-sales and internal teams to support smooth project implementation and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop key industry segments and identify large-scale project opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Lead the entire project lifecycle from project initiation and bidding to winning the project
  • Be responsible for commercial negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection
  • Coordinate pre-sales and internal resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Formulate, plan, and implement regional work plans and business strategies to achieve strategic and specific business objectives.
  • Analyze integrators, industry trends, and market opportunities to identify business value, refine business models, and design effective market approaches.
  • Lead and organize systematic market initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to expand regional business.
  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with regional front-line units to empower teams, support project initiation, and drive business development initiatives.
  • Integrate, manage, and monitor key industry projects and customer accounts, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination among sales, technical, and field teams to achieve key business goals.
  • Conduct continuous market analysis and regional inventory of opportunities, generating actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with integrators, clients, and industry stakeholders to drive growth and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on regional project performance, providing recommendations for improvement and business optimization.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote Dahua Technologies’ solutions, services, and brand in the regional market, acting as a key ambassador to customers and partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, security, electronics, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in integrator or industry project-based market roles, in CCTV, security systems, or related technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer development, project planning, and leveraging industry resources.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent in Russian and Azerbaijani for client and partner communication; proficient in English.
  • Ability to travel within the region to support projects, customers, and business development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, security systems, and related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, achieving business goals, and implementing strategic plans.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with regular visits to client sites, integrators, and regional business units as required. Travel may be necessary to oversee project execution and regional development activities.
