Technical&Pre-sale support

Technical support, responsible for solving customers' technical issues in time, coordinating the resources of Dahua side and customer side, and continuing to follow up and solve problems;
Based on the direction of Dahua headquarters strategy and product plan, carry out targeted special product training and new product promotion, including product promotion, product sample demonstration and training, and customer store visiting;
Collect and organize the requirements from the market. Responsible for collecting, understanding and sorting out the requirements for products, leading the tasks to optimize the products by feeding back to headquarters product department;
Project support, combined with the analysis of customer project requirements and Dahua's solution guidance, completes the guidance of solution introduction in the project, and provides corresponding pre-sales technical support to the project;
Brand promotion, responsible for cooperating with sales and marketing colleagues to complete promotion activities according to sales strategies, promote the technical advantages of the company's products to customers, and enhance the technical competitiveness of products;

Bachelor degree (including above), graduate in communications, electronics, computer and other related majors;
Five or more years of working experience in the Security (CCTV) market
Strong learning ability and the ability to work independently; good communication, coordination, analysis and judgment abilities; strong self-management and time management abilities;
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English language, and be able to use those languages proficiently to communicate with customers;
Resident work location: Azerbaijan; Travel work location: Moldova, Georgia;
