Job Description
- Provide administrative support for the sourcing of inquiries
- Provide administrative support for the processing of purchase orders
- Provide appropriate feedback to relevant stakeholders and register modifications as necessary. Initial point of contact for advice on routine inquiries, commercial offers, issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, pricing, and buyer performance
- Prepare reports and maintain supply chain related documentation
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide administration support for all procurement processes in conjunction with the sourcing, bidding and logistics.
- Pro-actively seek to answer queries and escalate more complex matters as needed.
- Manage in house procurement efforts
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Procurement team.
Skills/Qualifications Required
- Experience in a procurement/purchasing/supply chain role.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Higher education is a must
- English, Azeri and Russian proficiency is a must
- Computer literacy is a must
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in administration, procurement role is a must
