Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the sourcing of inquiries
  • Provide administrative support for the processing of purchase orders
  • Provide appropriate feedback to relevant stakeholders and register modifications as necessary. Initial point of contact for advice on routine inquiries, commercial offers, issues or complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, pricing, and buyer performance
  • Prepare reports and maintain supply chain related documentation
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide administration support for all procurement processes in conjunction with the sourcing, bidding and logistics.
  • Pro-actively seek to answer queries and escalate more complex matters as needed.
  • Manage in house procurement efforts
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Procurement team.

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Experience in a procurement/purchasing/supply chain role.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Higher education is a must
  • English, Azeri and Russian proficiency is a must
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in administration, procurement role is a must
