Job Purpose:
- To prepare plan(s) for execution in line with project(s) over all schedule(s). Critically monitor project execution, and suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for completing project.
Key accountabilities:
- To update activates related to discipline in Level III plan in close coordination with Discipline In-charge, Planning & FEDC Manager and Construction Manager
- To generate 3-months and 4-weeks look-ahead schedule based on updated Level III plan and work front availability status
- Assist Planning & FEDC Manager to forecast requirement of material & equipment according to Level-III plan on quarterly basis
- Identify and update requirement of manpower, direct material, direct consumable and equipment based on 3-months look-ahead plan
- To generate discipline-wise progress reports from Project Control System (PCS) on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Closely monitor man-hours booking to appropriate cost centers
- Train subordinates according to company systems in order to enhance their business process understanding
- Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy
- Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS standards) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work
Job context:
- The efficiency of this position is critical to update activities in context with overall Level III plan
- Has an important role in analyzing overall discipline wise progress & efficiency report to compare it with desired level of progress & efficiency for improvements as per requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience

- Familiarity with GDES, GDMS, SMART and ACCPAC ICON use at site
