The Call Center Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing the call center operations. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the contact center, utilizing analytical skills to monitor performance, and leading and supervising the call center team. The Call Center Manager will also need to have strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and other team members. 

Qualifications:

  • Customer satisfaction and communication skills.
  • Contact Center Management and Team Management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing a call center for 5 years.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English language is preferable.
