Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Analyze the indicators of commercial and sales activities to determine the effectiveness of the company's sales process;
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
  • Manage the development and implementation of advertising campaigns for all of products and services of the company;
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly;
  • Develop the current marketing situation and generate leads for the business;
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment;
  • Be pushy and persistent in achieving marketing goals and targets;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals;
  • Possess technical knowledge to build and train teams, conduct research, and guide continuous improvement;
  • Report to top management on marketing budget and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in digital marketing;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is a plus;
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity;
  • Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills;
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions;
  • Smart, proactive, and persistent in achieving goals;
  • Ability to multitask and manage several digital projects and teams simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
