Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for clients
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage social media accounts, including content calendar creation, scheduling, and community management
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Respond to comments, messages, and direct inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee social media accounts design
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Azerbaijani citizenship.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
