Location: Salyan Highway 15

To manage and oversee all offshore crane operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant lifting activities across the asset. Acts as the focal point for crane-related matters, including operations, certification, personnel competency, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversite

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operations crane-related issues offshore and liaise with onshore support teams.
  • Lead and coordinate all offshore crane operations to the Cranes & Lifting business line on matters relating to Offshore Crane personnel, training delivery, etc.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients on both personnel and operational matters, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Ensure lifting operations comply with company procedures, industry standards and local regulatory requirements.

Business

  • Prepare and maintain the Business Forecasting Tool for the assigned business area in Azerbaijan.
  • Prepare and provide end-of-month revenue, actuals and targets.
  • Prepare reports for management on crane performance, downtime, and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and quality assurance of bids and proposals.

Safety, Compliance & Performance

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all crane operations are risk-assessed and conducted safely.
  • Lead by example in all aspects of safety and environmental performance.
  • Prepare and maintain the annual schedule of work in alignment with client requirements.
  • Support the business line with audits, inspections, business development, and preparation/approval of procedures and specifications.
  • Ensure timely and thorough closure of Unplanned Occurrence Reports (UORs) and NCR’s investigations.
  • Prepare client quarterly and annual performance review presentations.  
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, regulators, suppliers, and technical specialists.
  • Stay up to date with industry and company processes, procedures and practices and innovations, and propose their application within EnerMech.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews (PDP) and appraisals with operations onshore and offshore team members.
  • Set clear probationary objectives for new employees and manage their onboarding and probation period.
  • Address and manage performance-related issues effectively.
  • Ensure all new hires are formally inducted into the company.
  • Participate in investigations and disciplinary meetings as needed.
