  • Manage end-to-end contract management processes
  • Oversee system and data management to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal and external audits
  • Monitor and track key CRM metrics, including customer complaints, new connections, and service performance
  • Support the team in monitoring compliance and operational processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and improve customer experience
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data across CRM, ERP, and billing systems
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on CRM performance for management
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction and service delivery

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and/or operations
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, ERP systems, CRM software, and billing software platforms
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
