- Manage end-to-end contract management processes
- Oversee system and data management to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal and external audits
- Monitor and track key CRM metrics, including customer complaints, new connections, and service performance
- Support the team in monitoring compliance and operational processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and improve customer experience
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data across CRM, ERP, and billing systems
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on CRM performance for management
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction and service delivery
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and/or operations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, ERP systems, CRM software, and billing software platforms
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
