Position Function
- Revenue Analyst to be responsible for financial record keeping, invoice coordination, as well as various financial transactions. The Revenue Analyst should also support and assist Finance Manager with the Payable / Revenue process if required.
Responsibilities
Sales Invoicing:
- Review and price all Delivery & Crew Tickets as per contract for monthly revenue to be billed to customers;
- Preparation of all customer invoices in company’s ERP;
- Review draft invoices with Finance Manager to ensure accuracy of invoices;
- Liaising with Operations / Commercial / Business Development / Logistics Departments to ensure information required to finalize sales invoices is complete and current;
- Record monthly Revenue Accruals;
- Issue Sales Invoices to customers for payment (via e-mail, online portal or postal service).
- Liaise with Operations / Commercial / Business Development and Customer to resolve invoicing issues in order to receive payment in a timely manner.
Reporting:
- Provide support to the monthly close process adhering to specific tasks and deadlines in reconciling revenue accounts;
- Prepare daily/weekly and Monthly Rig Revenue Reports;
- Prepare Aged Debt Analysis and cash receipts collections.
Revenue Forecasting:
- Weekly Revenue forecasts in conjunction with Operations department.
- Weekly Aged Debt schedules.
Inter Company Invoicing:
- Review the content of IC Invoices before approval by Finance Manager;
- Reconciliation of Inter Company clearing accounts on a monthly basis;
- Assisting / dealing with queries and disputes and resolving as required.
Miscellaneous:
- Assisting Operations Department with Cost Trackers as required by Customers;
- Miscellaneous Revenue analysis as required by District Manager Caspian Region / Finance Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned by District Manager Caspian Region / Finance Manager.

Capability Profile – Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Behaviors:
- Proven working experience as a Revenue / Financial analyst;
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience;
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field;
- ACCA or CIMA preferred, in particular successfully completed F3 – Financial Accounting (ACCA) or similar exam within professional body;
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
- Experience with creating financial statements;
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process;
- Analysis and allocation of revenues and expenses;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Great attention to details;
- Excellence in MS Excel and basic proficiency in other MS Office programs;
- Good team working skills;
- Ability to work under operational pressure;
- Multitasking ability;
- Ability to work extra hours if required;
- Fluent in English (valid IELTS Certificate is an advantage), Azeri and Russian.
