- Ensure proper execution of HR documentation processes in compliance with national labor legislation (employment contracts, orders, personal files, etc.);
- Supervise leave planning, work schedules, and employee substitution procedures;
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, performance reviews, and terminations in alignment with organizational needs and compliance requirements;
- Manage disciplinary processes and ensure fair and consistent implementation across the company;
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to internal management and relevant external bodies.
- Support the implementation and coordination of training programs, including onboarding, professional skills, and leadership development;
- Contribute to building and improving performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles;
- Provide guidance to departments on employee development and career growth opportunities.
- Actively participate in the creation and refinement of internal HR policies, processes, and procedures;
- Lead or contribute to initiatives related to employee experience, organizational culture, and engagement;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR operations and development processes;
- Support HR digitalization and automation projects, focusing on efficiency and transparency.
Tələblər
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on both operational and development functions;
- Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation and best HR practices;
- Hands-on experience in training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS/reporting tools;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (written and spoken);
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills;
- Ability to lead HR initiatives independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
- Experience in developing or contributing to HR policies and procedures is a plus.
