Work function
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including coordinating and maintaining department calendars and meetings handling correspondence, and organizing files and documents.
- Help prepare basic drafts of marketing materiala; proofread.
- Assist with event logistics by managing timelines, securing venues, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments to ensure successful execution of events.
- Track and organize marketing collateral, promotional materials, and office supplies, ensuring all resources are available for campaigns and events.
- Support the administrative aspects of maintaining and organizing contact databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with basic design or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle various operational tasks in a fast-paced luxury environment
- A proactive approach with a customer-focused mindset, supporting the team’s goal of delivering a seamless luxury experience
