- Craft and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue across rooms, groups, and global channels.
- Lead forecasting with confidence, ensuring accuracy that empowers bold business decisions.
- Use IDEAS G3 to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Elevate rate loading and inventory controls in Opera PMS with flawless attention to detail.
- Bring fresh intelligence to RevMAX strategy meetings, influencing leaders with clarity and conviction.
- Stay ahead of the competition with sharp market and competitor set analyses.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to design irresistible offers and packages for our discerning clientele.
- Support Total Hotel Profit Optimization: where rooms, dining, and experiences work together to exceed expectations.
- Inspire cross-department collaboration, embedding revenue culture into the heart of the hotel.
Requirements:
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of revenue experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS; hands-on experience with IDEAS G3 is highly valued.
- Strong analytical acumen, balanced with creative problem-solving.
- Fluent in English and Azerbaijani; Russian is an advantage.
- A mindset that blends precision with passion, detail with vision.
