Senior Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

 Product Expertise & Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, and digital banking services.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, financial trends, and market shifts that could affect product offerings.

 Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, gaps in the market, and potential opportunities for new financial products.
  • Analyze competitors' financial products to understand market positioning and recommend product improvements or new offerings.

 Product Development:

  • To develop products focused on client needs. To consider opinion and recommendations of clients during all development stages of a loan product for the purpose of continuous improvement of a product and satisfaction of client requirements

 Product Positioning & Marketing:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create product messaging, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Develop and communicate clear value propositions for financial products to both customers and internal stakeholders.

 Product Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze product performance, customer satisfaction, and market response.
  • Use data to provide insights and recommendations for improving existing products or launching new ones.

 Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all financial products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues and implement changes when necessary.

 Customer Education & Training:

  • Provide training for both customers and internal teams on new financial products and features.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, financial services, or a related role within the financial sector.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Ability to analyze market data, customer behavior, and competitive products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Language Skills

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani required, good command of English is required.
