  • Location:  Ahmad Rajabli 25/1, Chinar Park Business Center 
  • Departments: Sales Department 

Job Description:

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for order management with reliable and high-quality administrative support. This position resides in the Sales department and reports to the Commercial Manager but also works closely with the other departments, including Procurement and Finance. This role is responsible for enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the order management function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review & process purchase orders following business guidelines, including but not limited to new order generation, change orders, and pending orders. 
  • Tracking delivery and shipment updates with procurement team members 
  • Provision of weekly reports to the company management on the latest statuses of the orders within CRM system and various Order Trackers
  • Preparation of necessary documents for customers and tenders (Certificates, Proformas, export documents, etc.).
  • Conducting quality and quantity control inspections and accuracy of the products on the dispatch phase to the customer
  • Ensure an effective flow of information regarding lead times, delays, stock availability and logistics requests from the customer
  • Effectively handle communications with supplier for status updates on orders
  • Handle urgencies, critical requests, returns, and quality follow-ups
  • Address customer claim requests to the responsible team and find the most appropriate solution in cooperation with internal stakeholders 
  • Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and calls
  • When needed, serve as a back-up in processing requisitions, quotations and facilitating orders
  • Perform other tasks as required by commercial manager and company heads. 

Qualifications & Competencies we expect:

  • +1 years of experience in customer service for a product-related company operating in B2B 
  • You are the type of individual that goes the extra mile and takes the steps necessary to delight the customer 
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Result and Solution Oriented personality
  • Ability to review data, identify and adjust discrepancies for future tasks
  • Experience collaborating with a wide variety of individuals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian

Female candidates are preferable.

The salary range is commensurate with relevant experience and performance, while 700 AZN (net) is to be the least starting point.
