Job Description:
F&M is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Representative to ensure the smooth and efficient Sales operations of our Baku office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in B2B and B2C models.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential B2B and B2C clients through various methods, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand client business needs and challenges, and effectively present our products/services as solutions.
- Conduct compelling product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Actively pursue professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in, Azerbaijani and English.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region, if required.
