Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (on Station)

Job Description:

F&M is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Representative to ensure the smooth and efficient Sales operations of our Baku office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in B2B and B2C models.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B and B2C clients through various methods, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand client business needs and challenges, and effectively present our products/services as solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Actively pursue professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.  
  • Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in, Azerbaijani and English.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region, if required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • B2 and above English proficiency is necessary.
  • Candidate should be Azerbaycan National.
