Job Description:
F&M Creatives is seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales/Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Pitching potential prospects for new business.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Contribute to the development of client relationship management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales/Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good English proficiency is necessary.
- Candidate should be Azerbaycan National.
