Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients in corporate law, litigation, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, etc.
• Lead complex legal matters and high-value transactions with minimal supervision.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings where applicable.
• Draft, review, and supervise the preparation of legal documents.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• LL.B or equivalent from a recognized university; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Admission to Bar Association is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house legal counsel.
• Proven track record in handling complex legal work independently.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Business acumen and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
