Job Description:

The Cluster General Manager for the Gabala Hospitality Group, overseeing the management of three 5-star hotels—Qafqaz Riverside Resort Hotel, Qafqaz Tufandag Mountain Resort Hotel and Qafqaz Resort Hotel—will implement strategic plans to ensure operational efficiency, achieve high guest satisfaction and improve financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to deliver services in line with hospitality standards and effective team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and successfully manage the daily operations of the 5-star hotels
  • Organize operations in alignment with strategic objectives and enhance financial performance
  • Elevate guest satisfaction standards and deliver internationally recognized service quality
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of all departments
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning, including revenue and expense analysis
  • Implement training programs for staff development and ensure the execution of motivation strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, proposing innovative solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in hotel management
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, tourism or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills in financial and operational management
  • Knowledge and practical experience in applying international hospitality standards
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation and team management skills
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
  • Experience with guest satisfaction measurement tools and modern hotel management systems
