We are seeking an exceptional and visionary HR, Recruitment & Talent Management Manager to lead and transform our people’s strategy. This is a leadership role for a forward-thinking professional who can seamlessly integrate human resources management, talent acquisition, and talent development into a unified, high-impact function.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee all HR functions including organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
- Drive HR transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Design and lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all levels
- Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes
- Introduce innovative sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
Talent Management & Development
- Establish and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning and career pathing
- Identify high-potential employees and create development programs
- Lead performance management processes and foster a high-performance culture
- Support leadership development and internal mobility initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and recruitment teams
- Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing HR, recruitment, and talent management functions holistically
- Strong knowledge, HR best practices, and modern recruitment methodologies
- Experience in building employer branding and talent development strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics
- Fluency in Russian, English and Azerbaijani
