We are looking for “Granulation Operator" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Knowledge and Experience (Preferred)

• Experience in granulation processes (wet/dry granulation)
• Hands-on experience with High Shear Granulators and/or Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD) (preferred)
• Familiarity with drying, sieving, and milling operations
• Basic knowledge of process parameters (mixing times, speeds, spray rate, drying temperature, etc.)
• Experience with LOD (moisture) monitoring and in-process controls (preferred)
• Habit of working with Batch Records / Manufacturing Instructions
• Discipline in working in controlled/cleanroom environments

Documentation & GMP Discipline

• Ability to complete production records accurately and in full
• Compliance with data integrity (ALCOA+) principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with relevant departments in case of deviations or non-conformities
• Compliance with line clearance, labeling, and material status management procedures

System and Equipment Usage (Added Value)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/MES is a plus)
• Compliance with equipment checklist and logbook systems
• Familiarity with weighing scales and material transfer processes (IBC/containers)

Occupational Health and Safety

• Compliance with OHS rules in dusty environments and chemical risk areas
• Awareness of proper PPE use (mask/respirator, goggles, gloves, coveralls, etc.)
• Ability to follow spill, leakage, and emergency procedures
• Ability to comply with procedures for working with hazardous materials (antibiotics, hormones, cytotoxic substances, etc.), if applicable

Additional requirements:

• Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime schedules
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• High attention to detail, meticulousness, personal hygiene awareness, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced workload and a disciplined working environment
• For male candidates: completion of military service or deferment for at least 2 years (may be adjusted according to company policy)
• Minimum high school graduate
• Preferably Vocational High School / Vocational College / University graduate (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Pharmaceutical Production, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and task-tracking skills
• Teamwork orientation
• Disciplined work approach, responsibility, and reliability
• Openness to learning and willingness for continuous development
