We are looking for a "HR Coordinator" (only local candidates will be considered) with below requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment according to Recruitment procedure;
- Arranging medical pre-employment and annual medical check-up for l employees;
- Coordinate preparation of contracts, and addendums.
- Booking of required trainings for employment.
- Preparing letters for employees (Letters for migration; for banks/mortgage and etc.)
- Electron system (EMAS) – On timely basis report hiring, resignation and all contract changes of local and expat employees in the system;
- Termination process according to Azerbaijan labor legislation and internal procedure;
- Administration employee data base
- Assist HR Manager in investigating disciplinary actions according to Azerbaijan labor legislation and company’s disciplinary procedure;
- Maintenance of personal files
- Other duties as per HR Manager request;
- Coordinate KPI process
- Migration (WP, TRP)
Additional requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
- Good knowledge of Labor code
