We are looking for “Warehouseman" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that material management and warehouse logistics processes are carried out in compliance with GMP requirements. 
• Perform goods receipt procedures for products delivered to the warehouse. 
• Ensure proper and organized storage of products within the warehouse. 
• Manage product preparation processes prior to shipment. 
• Monitor and maintain warehouse inbound and outbound records. 
• Support stock counting and inventory control activities. 
• Participate in picking, packing, and loading operations. 
• Work in close coordination with production, planning, and logistics teams. 
• Operate handheld terminals, forklifts, stacker machines, and reach trucks; possess the required licenses and certifications for such equipment. 
• Track and record warehouse transactions through ERP/SAP systems. 
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. 
• Perform all duties in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Additional requirements:

• At least a high school diploma. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping operations. 
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or chemicals. 
• Knowledge of goods receipt, product placement, inventory tracking, and shipment processes. 
• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is preferred. 
• Experience in inventory management, shipping, goods receipt, and stock control processes. 
• Proficient in the use of handheld terminals, barcode systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office). 
• Able to work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and hygiene standards. 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible. 
• Open to change and continuous improvement, capable of taking initiative in leadership, establishing systems, and managing operational processes.
