Job responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding support;
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements;
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks;
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates, qualifications, experience, and suitability;
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history when required;
- Negotiate employment terms and salary offers with selected candidates;
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment records;
- Stay informed about labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices;
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the engineering, construction or oil & gas sectors;
- Experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills;
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines;
- Availability and willingness to travel for business trips within Azerbaijan;
