Job requirements:
- Fully understand the requirements that must be met for each project.
- Create a sufficient and competitive timeline and budget which a project can be completed within.
- Put together a knowledgeable team to complete each project.
- Effectively communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure your team has all the supplies and resources they need to complete a project.
- Inspect existing processes and make suggestions based on performance and associated risks.
- Track and report the progress of each project.
- Gather all data needed for required reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in planning, scheduling or a similar coordination role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools (MS Project, Primavera )
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
