Key Responsibilities:

• Development of the mechanism for managing Integrated Management System (IMS) documents
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and implementing continuous improvement activities
• Organizing and conducting training related to the Integrated Management System
• Continuous Updating and Improvement of the Integrated Management System Manual
• Conducting Risk Assessment for Potential Deviations and Nonconformities in Processes and Implementing Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)                
• Preparation of Quality Requirements for Procurement, Regulation of Related Processes, and development and implementation of Roadmaps
• Implement the digitalization of QMS documents
• Planning and executing internal audits
• Performing activities related to third-party certification audits
• Conducting risk assessments for potential deviations and non-conformities in processes
• Ensure that all procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements are understood and implemented.
• Preparation of informative posters for the purpose of quality assurance
• Managing quality related communications between different contractors and stakeholder
• Defining quality objectives and developing action plans to achieve and monitor them.
• Participating in supplier evaluation, approval, and performance monitoring processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering roles
• Possess deep knowledge of IMS standards.
• Proficiency in working with digital quality platforms (e.g., Intelex QMS, Q-Pulse, EtQ, etc.)
• Experience as an auditor for Integrated Management System (IMS) standards
• Knowledge of API Q2 standard is considered an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of procurement process regulation
• Competence in supplier quality evaluation and monitoring
• Strong skills in process analysis and improvement – application of methods such as process audits, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, and Fishbone
• Experience in planning, conducting, and following up on internal and external audits
• Monitoring and reporting skills – analysis of quality KPIs and preparation of monthly reports
