Freight Coordinator with below requirements: Ref# FRTC

• 1- 2 years’ experience in Freight forwarding industry,knowledge and experience in in all modes of transportation.
• Awareness of documentations related to modes of transportation, Knowledge of AWBS/CMRS / TIR issuance and road / OOG permits.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan Customs Procedures, general awareness of HSE , Logistics, load restraint, packaging.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, Good written and spoken communication skills ,flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Excellent Language Skills: (English /Azeri /Russian) written spoken, ability to summarize complex issues and provide clarity in writing.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with carriers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to organize shipments, negotiate rates, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Compliance and regulations: Ensuring adherence to international and local transportation regulations, customs procedures, and industry standards
• Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in supply chain processes and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.
• Excellent computer and administration skills. (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Education: Finished Higher Education .
• Salary as per the industry experience and   interview results .
