Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements for web- based systems
- Work with development teams to ensure understanding of both front-end and back-end functionalities
- Use Swagger and Postman for API testing and validation
- Write and understand SQL queries to support analysis
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and manage tasks using Jira
- Develop and interpret flowcharts, process diagrams, and system workflows
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, gather requirements, and facilitate problem-solving discussions
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience in web application development projects
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end components of web applications
- High level of analytical skills
- Proficiency with Swagger, Postman, and SQL
- Confident user of Jira and Confluence
- Ability to create and read detailed flowcharts and process diagrams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
- Russian is a plus
