 Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Middle B2B Digital Marketing Specialist with strong SEO expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for a digital marketer with a solid foundation in B2B marketing who excels in SEO strategies, lead generation and data-driven optimization. You will be responsible for implementing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive high-quality leads, and optimize conversion rates across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage and enhance website performance by implementing CRO strategies, speed optimizations, and UX improvements.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and social media advertising.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and lead generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fintech landscape, target audience, and competitive environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Proficiency in managing necessary advertisement platforms, and other B2B-focused paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics (GA4), data visualization tools, and marketing performance tracking.
  • Ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly content and collaborate with content teams for effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
