Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage changes, and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Greet and assist candidates during interviews, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and send offer letters, manage approvals, and follow up on offer acceptances.
- Arrange technical access, coordinate with IT and facilities, and assist with new hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, providing timely updates and ensuring smooth coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
