Role Overview
- Build and manage training and onboarding programs to ensure smooth new hire integration, ongoing employee development, and cross-departmental alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a structured training center with effective materials.
- Develop onboarding programs and improve processes.
- Facilitate training sessions using diverse methods.
- Measure training effectiveness and refine as needed.
- Maintain training records and report outcomes.
- Coordinate with line managers to collect necessary materials.
- Gather and organize information for creating presentations and reports for investors and partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing training and onboarding programs.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training content.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and modern training methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
