Role Overview

  • Build and manage training and onboarding programs to ensure smooth new hire integration, ongoing employee development, and cross-departmental alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a structured training center with effective materials.
  • Develop onboarding programs and improve processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions using diverse methods.
  • Measure training effectiveness and refine as needed.
  • Maintain training records and report outcomes.
  • Coordinate with line managers to collect necessary materials.
  • Gather and organize information for creating presentations and reports for investors and partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing training and onboarding programs.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training content.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and modern training methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
