Work description:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product.
• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Age: 23-31
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frame work.
• Military Service: Mandatory military service for male candidates.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Conditions:

• Salary: 2700 AZN (NET)
• Work days:Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00
