The Modern Educational Complex named in honor of Heydar Aliyev is seeking a dynamic Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to oversee and lead the Marketing and Admission Departments. As part of our mission, the CAO will play a key role in driving growth, fostering connections, and ensuring our institution remains a beacon of modern education.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and admissions plans.
• Lead the Marketing Department in creating compelling campaigns that showcase our school’s values and achievements.
• Oversee the Admissions Department, ensuring a seamless and efficient enrollment process for students.
• Oversee the Event Coordinator in planning and executing school events.
• Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve visibility and outreach.
• Ensuring the implementation of programs that support revenue growth, including research, business analytics, events and stewardship.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to align marketing and admission strategies with institutional goals.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in marketing, admissions, or advancement roles, preferably in the education sector.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
