Job Duties:

  • Preparing daily sales reports for customers based on internal targets and requests
  • Collecting and processing complaints, providing support in their resolution and registering them accurately in the relevant system
  • Preparing professional presentations in accordance with organizational requirements
  • Conducting research and analysis based on publicly available sources and statistical data and preparing related reports
  • Preparing and managing documentation related to tender processes and customer proposals
  • Preparing weekly import/export reports, monthly market share reports and relevant presentations
  • Registering customers in the CRM system and creating sales contracts
  • Supporting the verification and proper archiving of sales-related documents
  • Preparing additional sales reports using relevant systems such as SAP, CRM and QlikView
  • Supporting export sales operations by preparing relevant documentation and coordinating related activities
  • Collaborating with the Logistics and Finance departments and providing support in related reporting activities
  • Coordinating pricing updates, discounts and promotional offers in coordination with the commercial team
  • Assisting in sales volume forecasting and demand planning by analyzing market trends and customer feedback
  • Assisting in organizing and attending customer visits and product presentations when required
  • Preparing ad-hoc commercial analyses and dashboards for management review
  • Supporting the sales team in tracking opportunities, managing the pipeline and following up on bids and tenders

Requirements: 

  • University degree preferably in economics, business administration or construction related fields
  • 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in the construction industry with a focus on sales or commercial support
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and other relevant applications 
  • Native in Azerbaijani, good written and spoken English and Russian language skills
