Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales of Geobrick products.
- Finding and attracting new customers (construction companies, distributors, architects).
- Negotiating and concluding contracts for the supply of products.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing advice on products.
- Analysing the market, competitive environment and customer needs.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Liaising with internal departments (logistics, production, marketing) to ensure quality customer service.
Requirements for the candidate
Education and work experience:
- Higher education (preferably in marketing, economics, construction or engineering).
- Experience in sales of building materials from 2-3 years.
- Successful experience in working with B2B clients.
Skills and competences:
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of the building materials market and understanding of sales processes in this segment.
- Ability to work with CRM-systems and other sales management tools.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with data and reporting.
- Readiness for business trips.
Personal qualities:
- Communication skills and customer focus.
- Proactivity and ability to multitask.
- Independence and responsibility in decision making.
