We are looking for an experienced Masonry & Plastering Applications Manager with a strong background in masonry application, bricklaying, and plastering to lead and manage construction projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site organization, team coordination, material supply management.
Additionally, the Masonry & Plastering Applications Manager will oversee the national competition "USTA MENEM!" (I AM THE MASTER!), serving as the main contact point between internal teams (marketing, technical, sales) and external stakeholders (sponsors, suppliers, logistics partners, and state bodies).
The candidate will also play a key role in the company's presence at the National Construction Week Fair by contributing to the stand design and supporting the expansion of the dry mortar product line.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Project Management
- Supervise and coordinate masonry, bricklaying, and plastering work.
- Organize and manage 5–8 workers and masons on-site.
- Ensure efficient site organization and adherence to construction processes.
- Plan material supply and optimize work execution.
- Interpret and elaborate technical drawings to guide on-site execution.
National Competition "USTA MENEM!"
- Take full ownership of the competition’s organization and execution.
- Serve as the main contact for internal (marketing, technical, and masons) and external (sponsors, suppliers, logistics, state bodies) stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth event planning, coordination, and delivery.
National Construction Week Fair Participation
- Contribute to the design and setup of the company’s stand at the fair.
- Represent the company and engage with customers, suppliers, and industry professionals.
Product Line Expansion
- Provide technical insights for the development of new dry mortar products.
- Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to identify market opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in masonry, bricklaying, and plastering.
- Strong site management skills and ability to lead a team of 5–8 workers.
- Knowledge of construction processes, job site organization, and material supply.
- Knowledge of the national construction normative and standards in force;
- Ability to read and develop technical drawings as well estimating the associated costs;
- Experience in event organization or large-scale project coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to contribute to company stand design and product development.
