Position Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsibly perform all laboratory processes in accordance with standards; properly maintain, register, and archive all required documents; ensure information exchange;
• Daily testing of products and raw materials. Testing products for sale and issuing certificates.
• Control and register raw materials, substances, packaged materials, and incoming labels. Report or notify about non-conforming materials.
• Assist with testing and presentation of new products based on sales demand.
• Participate in technical development of products, attend in job site tests.
• Determine test methods, validity periods, and storage conditions (GHS signs) for new and existing products and raw materials.
• Benchmarking of competitor products. Test local products under different test conditions.
• Trial production of new products; Control production area and report results.
• Prepare field test samples, send them to addresses, and monitor test results.
• Evaluate customer complaints and report results to management. Respond to customer complaints correctly and on time. Implement necessary actions and improve production quality.
• Control and register returned and expired products/raw materials.
• Supervise protection and calibration of laboratory equipment according to instructions.
• Monitor cleanliness of packaging (IBC tanks, plastic packaging) according to HOLCIM standards, labeling, and general appearance.

Qualifications:

• Required Education (officially certified):
• Higher education (Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Construction Materials)
• Proficient computer user (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
• English language skills (B1)

Work Experience:

• More than 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
