Main duties:
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Must participate in the preparation of the bar's cocktail and wine menu
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Monitor the proper use of the Micros cash system by employees.
- Conduct an inventory with the Finance Department at the end of the month and report the results to the Food and Beverage Manager
- Must compile the weekly work schedule of employees and strictly monitor their punctuality.
- Ensure that the workplace is kept clean and tidy, and that the service is at a standard level.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven hotel experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Communication and leadership skills
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
