We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can effectively lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage daily restaurant operations
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the staff
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Increase sales and maintain service quality
• Control inventory and product supply
• Prepare reports and present them to management
• Monitor hygiene and service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage)
