Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Previous hotel experience is considered an advantage
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
- Processing incoming electronic invoices and enter them into the company's accounting/reporting system.
- Performing month-end reconciliation of received goods and services.
- Scanning and archiving required documents.
- Preparing invoices and delivery/acceptance certificates and send them to customers.
- Supporting the team in the preparation of financial reports.
