HS Solutions is looking for a highly committed Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and successfully closing one-time deals.
Responsibilities
- Promote accounting and tax services.
- Identify and attract new clients.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize both long-term contracts and one-time deals.
- Support and expand the client base.
- Analyze the market and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Knowledge of English and Russian is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in sales (services or B2B sector).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing.
Conditions
- Fixed salary: 400–600 AZN.
- Plus sales commissions.
- Opportunity to earn from 1000 AZN per month with active work and achievement of targets.
