Key responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and follow up acceptances at different stages, with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary interface towards the Customers and internal stakeholders throughout the acceptance phase.
- Apply for acceptances, plan, monitor and follow up progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project acceptance data and approvals
- Report acceptance status and progress to Management
- Secure the acceptances to achieve the monthly and quarterly targets.
- Follow up and execute the contractual acceptance clauses.
- Delivering Acceptance documents to Customers for approval. Collecting, printing, copying and archiving of documents for future use.
- Support Project team to carry out project activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project delivery or acceptance management within the telecommunications or IT sector.
- Familiarity with Huawei products and solutions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, IT systems, or relevant project domains.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong command of English is mandatory (Russian is a plus)
