Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the delivery of cloud core network PS projects, formulate delivery solutions and plans, efficiently complete device commissioning, and achieve project commercial use objectives.
• Implement proactive preventive maintenance policies for one or two networks, including pre-warning, rectification, problem handling, and patch maintenance, monitor the implementation progress of proactive maintenance actions, and ensure live network security.

Service Skill Requirements

• Effective communication skills: Be fluent in English, effectively communicate with customers about technical solutions, project plans and progress, and work as a team to win customer support and recognition.
• Customer requirement analysis and guidance: Correctly understand, effectively analyze, and manage customer requirements.
• Capability of solving technical problems: Resolve complex technical problems of the product family through accurate analysis and location.
• Project management and technical management: Understand the basic principles of project management and technical management and apply them to daily work activities. 

Professional Knowledge Requirements

• Have a good command of cloud core network product technologies: EPC, 5GC, UPCC, IMS, HSS, NFV architecture, and telecom cloud solution. Be able to independently perform engineering commissioning or O&M.
• Have a good command of core network NE functions, service processes, signaling protocols, solutions, and reliability principles.
• Be familiar with basic communication knowledge and data communication knowledge.
