About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our customer account management team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and account management in a global telecommunications company. The intern will work closely with our team to assist with managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Support account managers in communicating with customers and resolving issues.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and management.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions about account strategies and performance.
- Help in maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring timely updates.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, or customer feedback sessions.
- Support the team in handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interest in customer relationship management and account management.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) – Intermediate and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related fields is a plus but not required.
