Main Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education degree
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English (intermediate) and Azeri (native); Russian is advantageous
• Pleasant appearance, well-groomed and positive attitude
• Friendly, polite and customer-orianted personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Seating and guiding guests according to availability
• Managing reservations and guest flow
• Providing guests with basic information about the venue and services
• Coordinating with service staff to ensure smooth operation
• Ensuring high level of guest satisfaction
• Handling guest requests and directing them to the relevant departments
• Welcoming and greeting guests in a warm and professional manner
