Main Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Reservations or Front Desk at a hotel
- Proficiency in Opera PMS (mandatory)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Russian and other languages will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage tasks requiring extended focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word , power Point (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the preparation and update of the Departmental Operations Manuals.
- To assist with inventory and forecasting methods of both FIT and group business, to ensure optimal strategies and controls are in place to minimise displacement and maximise total hotel revenues.
- To monitor and provide feedback on the hotel’s effective use of Hyatt systems, tools and procedures in areas of business intelligence, revenue management, inventory management and dynamic pricing to maximise Hyatt’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- To provide the hotel with external market intelligence using tools such as Competitive Intelligence, Rate Shopper LightHouse (former OTA INSIGHT), TravelClick Demand 360, STR, access to a Global Distribution System (i.e. Gallileo / MySabre), Internet web sites and corporate resources.
- To optimise forecasting through the use of Business Intelligence and Revenue Management applications (IDeaS, PRIO software where available).
- To ensure correct inventory controls are in place for FIT / Group and for the hotel as a whole.
- Ensure Rate parity across all B2C channels.
- To monitor and constantly adapt pricing strategies in the context of competitor strategies and market fluctuations.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to ensure accurate forecasting and demand analysis
- Establish and maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution channels ( weekly, monthly calls with OTAs Account Managers).
- Regularly review and update pricing and availability based on demand fluctuations and market dynamics.
- Conduct training sessions for Sales, Front Office and other departments’ members on revenue management principles and best practices.
- To control group statuses and constantly follow it up with respective team members.
- To conduct Weekly Revenue Meeting with Sales & Marketing department and present RM reports on revenue performance, market trends, and forecasts
- To conduct Yeild Meeting with presence of all operational departments HODs’ and follow up meeting minutes,
