Responsibilities of the financial controller:
- Management reporting following the group standards, IFRS, and USALI (P&L, other management and analytical reports)
- Establishing all processes in Finance and other departments using a systematic approach
- Analyzing and working on the processes’ areas for improvement to increase the efficiency of departments
- Developing the tools that facilitate routine work and make employees' actions more efficient
- Staff training (I conduct coaching sessions on professional topics, Excel training, etc.).
Knowledge and skills:
- 3+ years in financial controlling (IFRS financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting)
- Working experience in hospitality
- P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- working experience in accounting would be a plus
- English, Russian, and Azerbaijan languages
- Excel – professional level
- 1C 8
- Opera, Materials Control, Micros
- People management
