Duties and Responsibilities
Project and Preparation Phase
- Review project documentation, technical drawings, and specifications
- Develop a commissioning plan and coordinate it with relevant teams
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and tools
- Verify the correct execution of installation works
Testing and Commissioning Process
- Conduct initial inspections of equipment and systems
- Test mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Apply various testing methods to confirm system functionality
- Identify and resolve potential malfunctions and issues
- Adjust equipment and systems in accordance with relevant standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare reports on the commissioning process
- Complete and maintain relevant protocols and documentation
- Provide information to the appropriate personnel
Training and Support
- Provide training to clients and technical teams on equipment operation and maintenance
- Develop instruction manuals and usage guidelines for operators and technical personnel
Requirements
- Higher education in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, etc.)
- Experience in commissioning and technical service
- Ability to read and understand technical documents
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with clients
- Willingness to travel and participate in business trips
- English language proficiency (Upper Intermediate - Advanced)
Working Conditions
- Salary: During the interview
- Work schedule: 6 days a week
- Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (weekdays), 09:00-17:00 (weekends)
- Lunch break: 13:00-14:00
